La Rôtisserie

We ate there as a group of five and it wasn't worth the price. We ordered rare meat and it was served overcooked. The bottled water was ridiculously expensive and barely cooked. The foie gras on the plancha was like liver mousse, and the bread was stale. Really not good for €260.

EXCELLENT. We stumbled upon this place by chance, as we were staying at the hotel next door, and were pleasantly surprised. It wasn't cheap, but you have to pay for quality. €50 per person, but we had a truly luxurious dinner: exquisite, perfectly cooked meat. A delicious French rosé and excellent service complemented the food perfectly. Without a doubt, if we return to Clermont, we will dine here again.

Honestly, the welcome was very friendly and the service excellent. It's clean and the portions are very generous. But the food isn't of extraordinary quality. It feels more like institutional food, and it's not always refined or flavorful. It also depends on the dishes on offer.

What a disappointment! We went to eat at this restaurant on May 31, 2026, as a family of eight. We ordered two plates of sweetbreads, and the meat smelled terrible when it was brought to us—it was spoiled meat. There was no apology from the cook, who I think, or rather, I hope, smelled the stench of the sweetbreads. Nor was there any compensation offered on our bill. But that's not all. On the terrace, you see sewer rats scurrying about, practically between your legs. It's a disaster. I think the health inspectors should be called in. When you go out to the parking lot, about 150 meters away, there are around fifty rats near the overflowing garbage cans. Shameful!

A well-maintained restaurant, pleasant staff, and good quality menus. We had a great time with family and friends. Just as enjoyable on June 12th.

The waiter was very friendly, however the dish arrived lukewarm and tasteless. The lamb shank was tiny. It's a chain, so no big surprises there.

For meat lovers, it's an opportunity to taste lots of different dishes.

I highly recommend it. I ate there on the evening of June 2nd. The staff is truly excellent and the food lives up to expectations.

We ordered a rare hanger steak that had a very strong smell of spoiled meat and a medium-rare steak that was overcooked. Desserts were very good.

A place to absolutely avoid, nothing like a rotisserie. The meat smelled like sewage, and there were rats running across the terrace. Outrageous. The waiters seemed determined to finish their shifts. They should quit. A job they were passionate about wasted. The hanger steak wasn't even 100 grams, and the sweetbreads smelled like sewage, ruining my meal. The rice was disgusting, the ratatouille tasteless, and the beans were equally tasteless.
