Excellent! I'm going back in a week and I can't wait!

Bland cuisine that has very little to do with Italy

A superb discovery! We were passing through for one night, staying in a nearby hotel, and I wanted to eat Italian food for my birthday. The location isn't particularly impressive, but the restaurant is very spacious, well-decorated, and modern. The welcome was warm, and the staff very professional. We dined as a family (two adults and two children), and everything was absolutely delicious and very generous. Even the children's menu was simple, delicious, and perfectly adequate.

My first time at Caffè Mazoo! It was fantastic, a warm welcome, a friendly place, and pleasant staff. I highly recommend it; you won't be disappointed.

The wait was far too long. It took far too long to take our order and serve the food. The quality has declined compared to what I've experienced before. However, the waiter was friendly.

Generous portions, well-prepared dishes, and excellent service. Several vegetarian options are on the menu; adding more would be even better (perhaps a veggie burger?). Very pleasant atmosphere.

We were literally swarmed by flies. It was impossible to eat our pizzas, so we left and received no compensation whatsoever. The waiter apologized, and while it wasn't his fault, a little more effort from the restaurant would have been appreciated. Furthermore, the drinks were poured directly into our glasses without us seeing the containers, which is unacceptable given the price. Unfortunately, we won't be returning because of this awful experience.

The children's meals arrived cold, but the waiter quickly rectified the mistake and took them back to the kitchen. Otherwise, we always have a good time and the food is good.

The welcome and service were truly excellent. A big thank you to the waiter, who was very friendly, pleasant, and professional. However, I was disappointed by the food. The burrata salad was okay, but the tomatoes were very ripe, a bit soft, and lacked freshness. I then ordered the eggplant Milanese. The eggplant slices were very thin, with a lot of breadcrumbs. In the end, you could taste the breadcrumbs more than the eggplant. It's a shame, because the dish had potential. A mixed experience: excellent service, but the food could be improved.
