Useless people who don't know how to manage their order

Poor service. No hairnets or gloves provided for food preparation. The hygiene of the premises needs improvement. Avoid if possible.

I absolutely do not recommend this Domino's. Between the order delay and the rudeness of the employees, this store is one to avoid! I placed my order at opening time and received it at closing time! When you call to check on your order, you're met with a cold, rude response, almost as if you were an idiot, getting angry at you and passing the phone around so each employee can be rude to you! And when the delivery driver arrives, bingo! That was the final straw in terms of rudeness, bordering on insulting. Seriously, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I will never order from them again.

I'm giving one star because I can't give less. Order placed at 7:45 PM, we were told delivery would be between 8:07 PM and 8:27 PM. 20 minutes after the scheduled time, still nothing. I called to explain my delivery problem and ask for some kind of compensation. The guy hung up on me. Second call, the person told me there was nothing they could do, and even when I asked to speak to a manager, they said he wasn't there that day. After a while, a third person put me through who this time told me that their delivery driver had supposedly run out of battery on his scooter, that they would bring him another one to deliver to us, and offered me a can of drink as compensation or a discount on my next order. Which isn't likely to happen given their lack of professionalism; it's a bit of a joke. After almost 45 minutes longer than the scheduled time, the delivery driver arrived with his four cold pizzas. He left with them. I strongly advise against this store; avoid it if you want a pizza, and I'm being polite.

After waiting over 20 minutes for my order to be taken (there were only two of us), I decided to go to the restroom (both the unisex and staff restrooms). I was quite surprised to find no toilet paper, no soap, no hand dryer/towel, and a clogged sink (I understand that can happen, but all at once? I don't really believe it). Nice, considering you can clearly see the cook preparing food without gloves. Anyway, I finally went home and cooked something myself. 💪🏻💪🏻

At Domino's, the service is quick and friendly. I was served very kindly. I highly recommend it.

If you want to eat chicken that smells and tastes like dish soap, come here. The chickens were put in a box right in front of us. The waiter had run his hands through his hair a second before... without washing it, he put them in our box... DISGUSTING (THERE WAS DANDRUFF IN THE CHICKEN!!) The fries are only edible if you have absolutely nothing else and you want to survive... (you'll die, and they were seasoned without our consent...) The pizza crusts are like concrete 👷🏽 We ordered three pizzas, and one was missing peppers, another the Algerian sauce, and the sauce for the fries... The service was nonchalant. There were four of them, and they went to laugh in the next room before coming to take our payment and even tried to charge us twice... Only the drink was decent in the end... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

In terms of blatant disregard for customer service, I think it's hard to top this... Order placed before 6 PM with delivery scheduled for 7 PM. 7:30 PM, still no delivery, I call, apparently the driver is on his way. 7:50 PM, still no delivery, I call again and this time they tell me, "Oh no, I don't have that order." 🤦‍♀️ In short, if you want your pizza at 8 PM, order it around 3 PM. Apparently, at Domino's, pizzas take forever to cook and the poor driver probably has to walk.

Honestly, I'm very disappointed. I've been a customer for a long time, and my pizzas were an hour late and cold. Thanks to our delivery driver who stole one of our drinks; it's truly pathetic, and I'm disappointed by this behavior. Avoid this place; I recommend ordering elsewhere.

Keep flirting with the customers, keep going…

Catastrophic… An hour after placing the order, still no delivery. When we call them, they practically brush us off. All this only to find out they forgot to take our order… If I were the owner of this shop, I'd consider replacing some of the staff because, given how quickly the bad reviews are spreading, this isn't going to last.
