McDonald's

They don't accept Connect holiday vouchers even though they're on the list. I think they don't know how to do it. I went to McDonald's over 30 years ago; it was an experience. Today, going there has indeed become an experience: between the cash registers that don't work, the lost servers, the cleanliness, etc... It's become a complete mess.

Are you serious about your veggie salad? And also sticky floor, undercooked fries! Very disappointed, we should have listened to the reviews...

A total rip-off, one less meal in the delivery... €29 for a box of 20 Neggies, a small portion of potatoes, and a Sprite... no reaction from the staff... well done, McDonald's of Clermont

A one-hour wait!! The organization needs improvement. Uber Eats drivers are being served at the drive-thru while those who ordered at the drive-thru are waiting.

They forgot the caramel topping on two ice creams. Unacceptable.

A McDonald's like any other, although its size is noteworthy and, compared to Spain, it offers a bit more variety in its menus and drinks.

Appalling service. They laughed in our faces when we explained that our order wasn't complete. An employee, on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at 8:38 PM, rolled his eyes when I pointed out that an ice cream was missing. Another employee, at the beginning of our order, brought us an ice cream that was supposed to be served later. When we tried to explain, she sighed in annoyance and left without even letting us finish our sentence. In short, avoid this place. Just 3 km away, you'll find another McDonald's where the service is much better. Over €100 spent and they're literally taking us for fools. Appalling.
