It's so disappointing to learn that in the standard farms Patapain sources its piglets from, they have their tails docked and their teeth ground down, while the sows spend half their lives in cages. Knowing that these cruel practices cause immense suffering to intelligent and sensitive animals completely ruins my customer experience. When will Patapain set a better example?

How long will Patapain allow piglets to endure mutilation and confinement? We must act against these appalling practices. As a customer, I am shocked by such cruelty!

We just bought three pastries: an apple tart, a pear tart, and a pistachio éclair, and they were a real treat for our taste buds! I 100% recommend this bakery/pastry shop; you won't be disappointed!!

Perhaps you've never seen it with your own eyes, but every caged pregnancy, every mutilation causes immense suffering. It's essential to respect the Pig Minimum Standards. In addition to being blocked by a delivery driver who was going the wrong way, after I pointed it out, the salesperson told me it was normal and he had no choice. I also had to wait a long time for the saleswoman to finish tidying her display; a colleague had to remind her that a customer was waiting. This lack of organization leaves a bad impression from staff who seem rather indifferent. Disappointing.
