We were received very poorly; they told us we had to book and that they were expecting too many people, even though there was only one table ready.

Hello, until now we were more than satisfied with this place, but what a huge disappointment! Having been warned about the expected lunchtime rush, we were in for a big and sad surprise: the starter buffet consisted of three accras and a single, measly lettuce leaf. There was a very, very long wait for the cod to be served. The dessert buffet offered only one piece of cheese. Apparently, there were no other desserts. Some would even call it a rip-off. If we had been in the habit of frequenting this establishment, we certainly won't be returning anytime soon.

The restaurant is nice, the food is good, and the service is decent.

The food was fantastic, the service and meal were top quality. I almost ate too much! Lol. I highly recommend it.

The service was mediocre. There were two waitresses, one very nice and apparently supposed to be in the kitchen (hence my second star), the other as unfriendly as a prison guard, who had the nerve to tell us, and I quote, "I'm just waiting to get back to my bed," without a smile, implying that we were in the way at the end of service. The service also strongly suggested that we were served reheated leftovers. The meat was as stiff as a board, not to mention the vegetables. There was no menu or display of the food. The atmosphere was gloomy. For an exorbitant final price, I absolutely do not recommend it. Avoid at all costs.

I was very happy with the evenings I spent in the Portuguese sunshine. The owner is super friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend it. And I always come back with the same pleasure! 🥳🥳🥳

We received a very warm and friendly welcome. The food was good, although unfortunately it was served a little cold. However, we were disappointed when the bill arrived. An elderly couple at the next table paid €44 for two set menus. Like us, they had a carafe of red wine, and the gentleman also ordered a coffee. They only paid for the two set menus. We, on the other hand, paid €57. The only difference was an extra glass of rosé. Yet, we had to pay for the carafe of wine and the coffees, which seemed unfair and dishonest. It's a shame, because this situation marred what could have been a very positive experience.
