Arriving at 11:45 and not having a "choice" for sandwiches—I had to ask for a tuna sandwich and ended up with a really bad chicken and pesto sandwich—no way. I did find the two young men at the register to be very kind and smiling.

This bakery is one of the best. I've been several times, and what makes me want to go back is the fantastic atmosphere and the excellent service! As for the food, I enjoy it every time; I've never been disappointed. I recommend it to everyone.

I came this morning and it's clearly very different from before the administrative closure; better management and, above all, a better atmosphere. I was greeted with a smile. Thank you.

Even after the administrative closure, the MSA reception area was in a terrible state. The toilets were in a terrible condition: the handle was broken, there was no soap for washing hands, and the soap dispenser was also broken. I thought that after an administrative closure, improvements would have been made, but that wasn't the case. I won't be setting foot in there again; the hygiene is appalling.

I received a warm welcome from Cherif, who was smiling, polite, and professional. I will definitely be back to this bakery!

The staff were really unpleasant. This morning, no hello, no thank you, let alone goodbye, and they didn't even look at you... that's basic courtesy.

Could be better 7:40 am on a weekday, very slow service resulting in a wait of at least 10 minutes, only to find upon arrival that there are no more pastries. Same on other days at 12:45 pm, extremely limited selection in the snack range.

I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome at this bakery; the staff were friendly and responsive. The paint was up to the chain's usual quality standard, and the manager was very helpful. I recommend it :)

Your store in Gerzat recently closed due to hygiene issues, but clearly, no lessons have been learned. It's a disgrace! Today, I saw the manager (definitely the female manager) and two employees (long, straight hair, completely untied!) eating behind the till, licking their fingers thoroughly, and then handling products on the counter. All this in front of the customers! I thought it was a joke, but no, everything was normal; they were enjoying themselves, licking their fingers. I found it utterly disgusting… try that at home… This behavior is simply revolting and unacceptable. When are you finally going to do your job and seriously rein in your staff? This is a matter of public health. Without a swift response and concrete action from you, this complaint will be sent directly to the prefecture's hygiene department.
