Pizza Bonici Gerzat

We ordered a 25cm pizza and a 33cm one, but the sizes were switched when we were served. The waitress asked if that was a problem: my girlfriend said it wasn't for her, but I didn't like her pizza, so we couldn't just swap them. We also mentioned that we were in a hurry. They remade my pizza as a 33cm after 15 minutes. The problem arose when we got the bill: they charged us for two 33cm pizzas even though the mistake was the restaurant's. Despite our explanations, there was no gesture of goodwill or understanding, even though they said my girlfriend ate the 33cm one (which she didn't finish). It's a shame, because mistakes happen, but how they're handled matters. Besides, the pizzas were very average.

Passing through Gerzat, I was looking for somewhere to eat because it was late, and I stumbled upon this pizzeria. I wasn't disappointed; the Ocean pizza was delicious. I recommend it.

The atmosphere is pleasant, the chef is very friendly, and you need a good pizza :)

We were a group of 19 people. We received a very warm welcome and were served quickly. We had planned our arrival in advance with the owner. He was attentive and very accommodating. The burgers are very good. I recommend it.

We recently moved to Gerzat, and we now regularly order pizzas and burgers! We love the thin-crust pizza! And the burgers are incredibly good! The ingredients are fresh and delicious! And the service is warm, friendly, and very kind! I highly recommend it for big fans of thin-crust pizza! And burger lovers!

I highly recommend this pizzeria. The service is perfect, the pizzas are excellent, and the burgers are very good, plus each burger has a different bun. And to top it all off, the wait is really not long. So, a well-deserved 5 stars!

We ate here for Valentine's Day. The pizzas were very good, but we were disappointed with the service. We arrived and there was no one else there. We sat down and waited for our order to be taken. But in the meantime, a family of six had come in. The young woman took their order while we were still waiting. We waited a whole hour for our pizzas. When it came time to pay, a man was complaining about something, and I had been standing there for at least five minutes to pay. I asked the young woman if we could pay. She went to get the order receipt and then went back to listening to the man and the manager talking. I had to ask her again if we could pay because we had a bus to catch. As a result, we missed the bus, and it was the last one. I recommend them for their food, but not for their service or speed. Don't go if you don't have two hours to spare.

Excellent pizzas, we regularly order from here and are never disappointed. The Valentine's Day special was a brilliant idea and I was very pleased.
