Endless wait this Friday evening. With two young children, we had to leave because 45 minutes after ordering, we still hadn't been served. Other people also left to eat elsewhere (McDonald's). Cheaper and served quickly!

I'm disappointed with my experience. I simply wanted to order a set meal to save a little money, but there are no vegetarian options available. I asked if it was possible to replace the Classic Burger with the vegetarian burger, which is exactly the same price à la carte, but I was told it wasn't possible. I find this unfortunate and not very inclusive, especially since there are already very few vegetarian choices on the menu (barely two options). Refusing a simple substitution without any price difference gives the impression that vegetarian customers are being forgotten. I hope this policy will change so that everyone can enjoy the set meals, regardless of their dietary restrictions.

The wait to be seated was already long, the servers were completely lost, 40 minutes for a coffee, they started clearing a table and then left, and the bill arrived faster than the coffee! This was our first and last visit. I do not recommend it; avoid it.

As a regular customer, I've unfortunately experienced mixed experiences: sometimes the welcome and service are great, and other times they're not so good. So I go less often, always worried about having a bad experience.

The music was too loud, the meat was too tough to cut, and the wait? We arrived at 7:45 PM, ordered desserts at 9:35 PM, and the desserts we wanted were sold out. So, a completely pointless wait (they had to clear the plates on the edge of the table to speed things up) for absolutely nothing! Avoid this place!

Buffalo Grill isn't what it used to be. The wait for our food was incredibly long, about 40 minutes. I ordered my classic hamburger well-done, but it arrived rare, with a patty half the size of the bun—it was pathetic. I wasn't expecting the side salad to be the same one they served as a welcome drink; if I had known, I would have ordered something else. Since we were pressed for time, we asked for our desserts to be started 5 minutes before we finished our main courses, and our ice cream arrived half-melted. However, the waitress was very friendly and kind.

I was very disappointed with my experience. Upon entering the restaurant, several staff members, including a waitress and some kitchen staff, clearly saw me arrive. Yet, I waited for about 10 minutes without anyone coming to greet me, offer me a table, or even simply tell me they were coming. I felt completely ignored, which is very unpleasant. Faced with this lack of welcome and attention, I decided to leave. It's a shame, because first impressions are crucial.
