Very poor service, disappointed

I used to go there, but this shop is no longer appealing at all because of the atmosphere; the staff are unpleasant and rude. Another bakery has just opened in Lempdes, much nicer and more helpful.

I've been coming here for years and I'm always satisfied. I'm always warmly welcomed and the bread is delicious. You can come without hesitation. It's fantastic! 👍

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this bakery. The shop is clean, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Special mention goes to the chocolate fondant, which is excellent; thank you to the sales assistant for recommending it! I highly recommend it!!

I was very disappointed by the service: the staff were unfriendly and not at all helpful. It felt like they were just going through the motions, which really discouraged me from returning. Furthermore, the place was filthy. Unfortunately, it doesn't surprise me to hear that some Marie Blachère bakeries are closing due to hygiene issues, given the state of the shop. I won't be returning to Lempdes or anywhere else. A very disappointing experience.

It's a shame that Marie Blachère staff would come to Ange just to leave a negative review; I think they should check out their own store before going to others.

The manager is awful, rude, and contemptuous, and shouts as if we were deaf. It was unacceptable. I will never buy my bread there again; the atmosphere is terrible!

On the other hand, you should avoid saying it closes at 8pm and you arrive at 7:30pm and it's already closed...

Well, honestly!!! I'm giving it one star because I have no choice. We ordered two quiches, which the cashier heated up, plus a flan and a raspberry tartlet, and she put the HOT quiches in the bag on top of our pastries 🫨🫨🫨🫨 I told her, "No, I'll take them myself," and she gave me a strange look as she handed me the bag... I repeated... Having the hot quiches on top of our desserts isn't very smart 🤷‍♀️ She gave me another strange look without responding 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️, as if I were the strange one 🤔 I don't know, but it seems logical to me to keep them separate, and certainly not on top of pastries.

A bakery that makes you hungry! 😁 Everything is regularly stocked because it's very busy during peak hours, but not only then, it's also very good: their baguettes, their breads, their pastries, their brioches, especially the puff pastry one, is a real treat... The welcome is generally friendly, the staff are efficient.... No complaints, I regularly buy my bread there, among other things 😉😁. They often win awards for quality and freshness, which you can really taste when you try their products. Thank you for that! 👍

The staff are very competent, the welcome is truly wonderful, the shop manager is always smiling and extremely kind; this bakery is truly one of the most pleasant in the town.

I don't understand the people who complain about the place. You come knowing what you'll find. Consistent and good quality, affordable prices. And above all, Véro's warm welcome and enthusiasm cheered me up from my Monday gloom. A big thank you, Véro! I highly recommend it.
