I went to this bakery because it advertises three levels of baking for its baguettes. However, on my last three visits, there were no well-baked baguettes available, and I had to settle for a less well-done one. This isn't a major issue in itself, but I was very surprised by the salesperson's response, who explained that they didn't bake more because "there isn't enough business for it." He said this in a mocking tone and added, "It's not a big deal," in front of the other customers. I find it regrettable to show such a lack of consideration for a customer, especially when the establishment advertises a choice of three baking levels that, in reality, doesn't seem to be offered.

I was greeted by two very unpleasant young men who preferred to chat amongst themselves rather than serve customers. You need to review your manners; you've lost a good customer, I won't be back!

We went to the bakery around 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 10th, and the experience was very disappointing. We were served by a young woman in her twenties with a rather large figure. There weren't many people there, but we definitely felt like we were bothering the person who served us. Her answers to our questions were very brief, and she didn't seem to know much about the menu. Our pastries were simply placed in bags in front of us. Another employee then prepared our hot chocolate and coffee, but the drinks were placed at the other end of the counter without anyone indicating that they were for us. So we waited, thinking they were still being prepared. I finally asked if the drinks were ours: the saleswoman didn't even look up and simply nodded. When I asked for a tray to eat in, I was curtly told, "We're out of trays, they're all being washed for lunch," even though it was only 8:30 a.m. So, miss, I understand from your behavior that you didn't want to be here. But for the smooth running of this establishment, which has never been a problem for us before, I urge you to review the basics of customer service: respect, courtesy, and politeness. Values ​​that you clearly haven't been taught.
