While traveling in the area for work, we discovered this excellent establishment. The traditional, home-style cooking was delicious 😉. David gave us a very warm welcome and immediately made us feel at ease. The other customers were also friendly. We'll definitely be back at the first opportunity...

I discovered this friendly, family-run place. A single, hearty, and delicious dish for lunch today at a very reasonable price. The food is simple and good at a reasonable price. There's a lively atmosphere, lots of laughter, and friendly conversation with your neighbor – super nice! And what's more, I'm told they support our pétanque club in Chamalières... top-notch all the way! ^^ I highly recommend it!

Here, there's a set menu—at lunchtime, at least—in a dining room with checkered tablecloths and a friendly, family-style service, including a warm welcome from a very kind owner. The food is well-prepared and homemade, and you'll enjoy it just like at your grandparents' house. Smiles and good cheer are the order of the day in this unassuming restaurant, which has no shortage of regular customers—they know it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended for a stopover.
