Not very welcoming; everything depends on one young waitress. The manager is not at all friendly.

A superb place, with a great owner and a great chef, where you can have a wonderful time enjoying delicious food made with fresh, well-prepared ingredients, all complemented by a lovely terrace.

Be aware that the restaurant's concept has changed; they now only serve two types of croque monsieur. We were very disappointed, but it was the only restaurant with a table available on a Friday night, so we understand why… The cordon bleu dish was passable, nothing special. There were no vegetarian options, not even for the croque monsieur. For something supposedly fresh and homemade, we're still wondering. We had no choice but to order a bowl of "famous potatoes," which was basically a child's portion: lots of "small grilled pieces" and very few actual chunks of potato, all extremely salty. The young waiter was friendly. However, the hygiene was appalling! The restaurant wasn't very clean to begin with, but the restrooms were shocking, and generally reflect the state of the kitchens…

A must-try in Riom! Good products, delicious dishes. Quick and efficient, ideal for families with children who can't sit at the table for hours.

I'm leaving my previous review below and adding to it following the menu change. It's still just as good. Always a great welcome. Raphael and his team are fantastic. Great! We're regular customers and it's a treat every time. Always a warm welcome and the croquettes are made with love and good ingredients. :-) Enjoy!

We had a glass of wine chosen by the manager and a craft fruit beer. The place is pleasant, with a TV showing sporting events. Clean, reasonably priced, and with a terrace. The service was excellent 👌 unfortunately we didn't have time to try a meal, but we'll be back.
