Exquisite cuisine full of new and blended flavors. A hushed atmosphere. A shame the dining room isn't air-conditioned. The unbearable heat makes the experience unpleasant.

The evolution and the surprise are there. Perfect cooking, fresh, flavorful ingredients, and a clear focus on the preparation of the dishes. A wine list with a wide selection. The only minor drawbacks we couldn't note: the seasoning, a little too salty at times. But nothing serious. In the end, thank you for this experience. Update 05/07: It was once again flawless.

I absolutely loved Chef Hervé's cuisine! The tasting menu was a true discovery: a semi-cooked foie gras with summer truffle that was simply divine, a sea bass fillet with pan-fried samphire that transported me, and a perfectly roasted Salers beef with its accompanying mashed potatoes. And the dessert… incredible! Strawberries, ice cream, meringue, subtlety, and those little strawberry pearls that burst in your mouth—a veritable explosion of flavor. Everything was top-notch. Bravo Chef, and thank you for this wonderful experience.

We had a very good meal, it was delicious. However, if you're working, you shouldn't go at lunchtime because a 30-minute wait for your main course is far too long, which is a shame.

We ordered takeaway meals! It was fabulous from start to finish! Even for takeaway, everything was perfectly cooked, the quality of the ingredients was impeccable! Unfortunately, we couldn't eat in, and we thank you for that!

Delicious family lunch on the terrace this Sunday! The food was excellent. The service was very pleasant. The only slight drawback was the presentation of the starter, which wasn't very suitable in my opinion.
