Really very good, hard to find better.

I was very disappointed by the telephone service. I simply called to ask if the poke bowls could be customized. The person on the phone answered curtly, using the informal "tu" form, and remarked, "I don't know, do you want me to draw you a picture, with radishes?" A rude and condescending response to a question asked respectfully. This interaction clearly discouraged me from ordering. It's a shame, because the quality of service also begins with how you address your customers.

I regularly go to the restaurant in Riom, and as usual, the service is excellent, as is the food. I'm always very satisfied. I recommend it!

Honestly, a fantastic discovery! The sushi was incredibly fresh, well-prepared, and very generous. The ingredients were flavorful and the presentation was impeccable. Special mention goes to the service, which was very pleasant and efficient. You can tell that everything is done with care. I would definitely recommend it!

Negative experience in terms of taste and freshness. I'm reporting food poisoning following our order, likely due to the tuna, which tasted anything but fresh. We also observed some hygiene issues in the restaurant. There was also an error with the bill. Furthermore, the rice wasn't up to the standard of quality maki/sushi restaurants.

I went in at 11:40 (they open at 11:30) and was told I couldn't order until 12:00. I asked if they had a certain roll and said I would come back. I went back at 13:40 (they are open until 14:00) and was told I couldn't order because it was too close to closing. The service person was harassed and short with me. To ensure a wide selection of sushi, I went there. You can't see anything they offer, and when I finally managed to make myself understood what I wanted, I was served enormous, unappealing sushi, lacking the finesse one expects. And I was charged faster than I was served. Completely unacceptable.

A fantastic experience! The sushi was delicious and fresh! No wait at all; we ordered and were served on time. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back! 🍣✨
