We had a wonderful time at the distillery workshop. Brice is a passionate instructor who shared his knowledge through historical anecdotes, scientific explanations, and of course, tastings of his excellent creations (verbena, gin, liqueurs, etc.), some of which were quite surprising, like his tomato and basil pizza liqueur. A real treat for three hours! And to top it all off, we left with a bottle of gin distilled during this fantastic experience. 😊

I discovered the distillery during drinks with friends, and since then I've had the chance to taste almost their entire range. Everything is excellent, but I'm particularly fond of their gentian. Furthermore, Estelle and Brice, whom I've met at events, are very friendly and readily share their expertise. Special mention goes to the distillation workshop—the perfect gift for enthusiasts!

We had a wonderful time together in a great group atmosphere. The distillation workshop was very interesting from both a practical and theoretical point of view. We also enjoyed a lovely tasting of Cérès products, which are definitely worth discovering.

Why haven't you been yet?! Brice isn't commercially minded, and that's a good thing, but he's a veritable encyclopedia of knowledge when it comes to distillation and maceration, and on top of that, he has a wildly effective audacity (who would have thought of pizza liqueur?). Three hours of discovery, history, production, tasting, and sharing with members of a small group... pure bliss. This workshop concept absolutely must continue. Go and see for yourself; you'll be surprised!

I participated in the pastis workshop yesterday and had a fantastic time. Brice is truly passionate and knows how to share his knowledge in a way that's easy to understand, so it was perfect.
